The Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model is based on a National Academy of Sports Medicine model, which we have developed following your fitness assessments, and what we feel will help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals efficiently and safely, while taking into account what you enjoy.  The exercises are categorized into steps as well and include:

STEP 1 - WARM-UP

A. Foam Roll

B. Stretches: flexibility and yoga

C. Cardio: 10 minutes to increase heart rate


STEP 2 -  STRENGTHEN CORE, IMPROVE BALANCE AND REACTION TRAINING FOR POSTURE, A STRONG BACK, TIGHT ABS AND MORE!

A. Core

B. Balance

C. Reactive

STEP 3 – AGILITY TRAINING FOR SPEED AND SAFETY

STEP 4 - RESISTANCE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR  A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT FOCUSING ON THE FOLLOWING AREAS : 
Chest  
Back 
Shoulders 
Biceps 
Triceps
Legs 

STEP 5 - COOL DOWN FOR A BODY THAT FEELS GREAT AFTER WORKOUTS!

In addition to instruction on the exercises, you will have a program that you can easily follow at home.  Each week you will be weighed in – a great motivator – and measured every four weeks as well as have Body Fat and BMI reassessed.  The program will be updated based on your progress.  

In the weeks following, your model and future fitness sessions with Jackie at the studio will continue to challenge you for your best body and health ever! Future sessions will revisit/update the model and provide for a variety of fun and exciting workouts to keep surprising your muscle groups for great weight loss and to shape and tone your muscles, improve your balance and posture so you Go Further, Live Healthier and most importantly, will Be Happier than ever before!
