During June's annual GET SMOKIN' HOT TRAINING WITH KOLD Boot Camp for Women led by Jackie Kold, the area park, field, rear studio and grounds were used to maximize the boot camp workouts.   Here are some of the many awesome photos from camp including one with Jackie's son, Garrett, just prior to him leaving for Lackland Air Force Base to train to be a SEER specialist.  Join the fitness fun.  Contact Jackie today for more info at 630-584-2254!









For personal training, at least one private yoga instruction is offered as part of your Five Step program.  You may also opt for weekly sessions as part of your personal training program.  This may include restorative yoga to power yoga with weights based on your fitness level and interest.

Bands are used in personal training....

...and in group classes to increase strength, flexibility and fun! 

Yoga blocks are also used to engage muscles and help with body alignment for the strongest core!

Strength training is an important component of our training sessions as this helps build lean muscle mass and combat osteoporosis. Adding instability, for example, having clients sit on a stability ball, increases challenge to workouts and builds balance skills.

Our programs are designed to meet the needs of clients of all ages...


...including children, and Mom and Me programs too.

We also offer specifically-designed Corrective Training Programs to address a variety of needs determined by our assessment and client interview.  These can include assisting clients with returning to exercise following illness or injury (with physician approval), and/or addressing a variety of physical issues, such as back and knee pain, balance problems, poor posture and more.
